Antje Schiffers // Im Staatsauftrag

Antje Schiffers (*1967) is an artist based in Berlin. She is a "travelling" painter and conceptual artist. In 2005 she started working in cooperation with Thomas Sprenger, now running a kind of family business.
"Im Staatsauftrag" tells the story of a wall painting she did for the Embassy in Tajikistan May 2008.
The publication appears as Volume 5 in the series Kunst und Theorie by the Künstlerhäuser Worpswede.
