Bo Christian Larsson // On And On Is How We Are

Swedish-born, Hamburg-based artist Bo Christian Larsson’s (*1976) first extensive monograph includes drawings and objects made over recent years as well as photographs of his performances and installations. His works centre on the inner visions of the individual and the dialogue taking place between internal and external worlds. Delving into fantastic forests, utopian cities, gloomy creatures and blinding lights, his imagery is inspired by artists like Mike Kelley and Paul McCarthy as well as by the music and aesthetics of Black Metal and other pop cultural phenomena.
