Gorge(l)

This exhibition catalogue is built around the long essay 'Throat Turnings' by curator Sofie Van Loo. All the images are gathered in the middle part of the book and includes works by James Ensor, Merlin Spie, Frida Kahlo, Marlene Dumas, Peter Buggenhout, Francesca Woodman and many other. Published on the occasion of the exhibition 'Gorge(l) Oppression and relief in art' in the Royal Museum of Fine Arts, Antwerp.
